We are currently seeking a skilled Air Conditioning (AC) / HVAC Engineer to join a reputable Facilities Maintenance company based in the South East. This permanent position involves delivering high-quality AC and HVAC maintenance, servicing, and repair work across diverse facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of air conditioning systems, diagnosing issues, and performing preventative maintenance to minimise system downtime. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and adhere to health and safety regulations. - Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Engineer within facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including installation and repair
- Relevant industry qualifications such as F-Gas certification would be advantageous
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance schedules effectively
- Good understanding of health and safety standards related to HVAC systems
- Experience in a client-facing role is desirable
