You will be expected to carry out routine inspections, repairs, and breakdown response, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction. - Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Engineer within a facilities maintenance setting
- Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration (e.g., F-Gas, NVQ, City & Guilds)
- Sound understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to undertake routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting efficiently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred
