- City & Guilds Air Conditioning certification or equivalent
- Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repairs
- Background in facilities maintenance within a commercial environment
- Ability to diagnose faults quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable
