The successful candidate will be responsible for working across various installation projects within diverse commercial environments located inside the M25. The role involves engaging in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and gas systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to clients. A background in Facilities Maintenance is highly desirable, and the ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to adapt to different project requirements.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber and Gas Engineer, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Background in Facilities Maintenance within commercial settings.
- Valid gas certifications and up-to-date health & safety knowledge.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work across various project sites within the M25.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
