QuickSource Group are currently seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role involves overseeing a diverse range of commercial installation projects within the M25. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal applicant will have a solid background in Plumbing & Commercial Gas systems, with comprehensive experience in managing the commercial installation process from inception to completion. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the role requires liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Proven experience in managing commercial installation projects involving plumbing and gas systems
- Excellent knowledge of contract management and project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations within the commercial sector
- Experience within the M25 area is preferred
- Relevant qualifications in plumbing, gas, or project management are desirable
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
