QuickSource Group is seeking a dedicated Foot Mobile M&E Engineer to join our client's Facilities Maintenance team in London covering zones 1-6. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple client sites, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a flexible approach to travel within the South East region and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of service delivery. You will work closely with other engineering professionals to troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and contribute to preventative maintenance plans, ensuring minimal operational downtime and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an M&E Engineer in a facilities maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution
- Qualified to relevant engineering or electrical standards (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC)
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South East region
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
