QuickSource Group is currently recruiting for a permanent Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable Built Environment company based in London, South East. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance services across multiple sites, ensuring all building facilities are operating efficiently and safely. You will be expected to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, diagnose and resolve faults, and perform general troubleshooting to uphold high standards of building performance and tenant satisfaction. The role demands a flexible, proactive approach and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers effectively.
- Relevant experience in multi-trader roles within facilities maintenance
- Background in building services, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
- Proven experience in reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
