- Proven experience as a Fabric Technician or Engineer within Facilities Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building fabric, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures
- Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance work efficiently and effectively
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to prioritise tasks
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to facilities maintenance
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
