We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer based in East Sussex to work across a variety of commercial properties. This role offers the opportunity to work across various client sites providing comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance support. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out routine inspections, and performing repairs to ensure the continuous smooth operation of facilities. The role demands a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will be the primary point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring the delivery of efficient maintenance services and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in M&E engineering within facilities maintenance environments
- Recognised qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures related to facilities maintenance
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently on various client sites
- Full UK driving licence is essential
