This role involves providing on-site mechanical maintenance and repair services across various facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of building systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and delivering high standards of service to meet client expectations. - Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within Facilities Maintenance
- Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building services
- Experience working in built environment/facilities management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to cover a mobile role across London and the South East
