- Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer or in a Facilities Maintenance environment
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair of building systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across designated sites
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
