QuickSource Group is currently recruiting for a Permanent Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in London. This role involves providing comprehensive mechanical maintenance support across various client sites, ensuring that all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and reliably. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, conducting routine inspections, and carrying out necessary repairs to minimise downtime and optimise operations. The position demands a proactive approach to maintenance and a strong focus on safety standards, with the expectation of being flexible to cover multiple locations as required.
- Previous experience in Mechanical Engineering within a Facilities Maintenance environment.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, boilers, and other plant machinery.
- Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to mechanical maintenance.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to travel across designated sites in London and the South East.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Full UK driving licence.
