- Proven experience in pipefitting, especially within facilities maintenance environments
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems used in commercial buildings
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Certifications such as JIB Gold Card, CSCS, or equivalent are advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
