About the Role

We are looking for skilled Solar PV Installers to join our growing teams across Oxford, Sussex, and Kent. This role is primarily focused on residential installations, with occasional involvement in commercial projects.

Working alongside experienced electricians, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solar PV systems, helping customers make the transition to clean, renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems on residential properties (and occasional commercial sites)
• Carry out roof work including mounting panels and fixing systems safely
• Assist with system wiring and installation alongside qualified electricians
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and health & safety regulations
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience installing solar PV systems
• Strong roofing or construction background
• Ability to work at height safely and confidently
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Full UK driving licence 
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Desirable (but not essential)

• Electrical knowledge or experience working alongside electricians
• Relevant certifications (e.g. working at height, CSCS, PASMA, IPAF)
• Experience on both residential and commercial installations
